I start by understanding you! Getting to know you and your family is imperative in matching you to the perfect home. What is your life centered around? How do you utilize the space you live in? What things are not working for you in your current home? What are your top priorities in a home and what are your non-negotiables? I will not waste your time with homes that do not fit your criteria. I will also have you in mind for upcoming and off market homes that are a good match—giving you an advantage in a competitive market.

Making you stand out to sellers

Once we have found a home you love and are ready to put an offer, I will walk you through the purchase agreement step by step. It is important that you fully understand each aspect of the contract and how it can be filled out in a way that both provides financial protections to you as well as makes your offer attractive to sellers.

I know because I’ve been there. I’ve worked with agents who didn’t seem to understand my family and the space I was looking for. I’ve lost homes I loved because I didn’t know how to set my offer apart and make it more attractive to the seller.
