Once your perfect home has been found and you are ready to make an offer, Carrie will walk you through the purchase agreement step by step. It is important that you fully understand each aspect of the contract and how it can be filled out in a way that both provides financial protections to you as well as makes your offer attractive to sellers.

Carrie understands because she’s been there herself. Before becoming an agent she worked with realtors who didn’t seem to understand her family and the space she was looking for. She missed out on homes that she loved for her family because she didn’t understand how to set her offer apart and make it more attractive to the seller.
